It's All About Style - Badger Motors

Style Matters

What does  your motorcycle say about you?  Does the bike make the rider?

If you have been riding for years, you've probably ridden anything and everything in SL.  We have too and we get it.  It isn't about habit, it is about the old jeans, the fit, the comfort, the predictability.  Would you know a better experience if you had the chance though?

SL vehicles are hit and miss and depending upon how you ride and the kinds of bikes you prefer, what would happen if you tried a new bike from another builder?  I mean, really tried, not just hopping on for a lap.  Take a moment with a new model and study it.  How do you look on the bike?  If you reached out to the builder, would that person talk to you?  How is the customer service?

Customer service is important.  Have you ever contacted a vendor with a question?  Haven't we all.  Most of the time, it is a miracle to hear anything let alone if you have problem, you're likely screwed.  We hate that in RL and SL.  I can't promise anyone we can fix every problem but we'll find a way to make things right by you.  If you contact us, you'll get a response.

Sure style matters, it just does.  You want to look like the bike fits your personality. Hey, it has to perform.  Which is your style?

Whatever your style, ride it like you stole it.  As long as you're riding, it doesn't matter what anyone thinks of your bike, its YOUR bike.

Badger Motors is still building bikes and keeping our inventory fresh with new scoots, classic designs, and great performance.  We may not build the fastest bikes in SL but you are sure to plant your ass on a bike that perfectly fits who you are.

Yeah, style kinda matters!

Badger Motors Ride Out Requests

Our sim features scenic tracks from the ground up to 1700M.  It is a nice ride for a crew or  hell, just come by yourself and enjoy. You don't need to have a ride out request submitted for your group to ride.  Ride out requests help us know your group is coming, there isn't another group riding when you want to come and we can reset the sim at least the night before.

Get your ride out request at the Badger Motors landing.  Send your completed request to Mikal Brinner (Rob) AND Lizzy Nightfire.  We're both kind of busy in RL and between the two of us, we'll be sure to get your crew on the calendar.  If you have special needs, let us know and we'll try to meet them.  Check the rules at the landing and have fun.

The Edginess of Badger Motors? News and Releases

Does your bike still fit who you are?

Where I was raised and well over 100 years ago, two young cowboys held up a bank.  A bank manager was slain and the two cowboys were arrested.  With Western justice to be applied, the young cowboys soon waited for a horse to be kicked out from under them as they were to meet their fate and maker.  The final words of the oldest of the two was, "tell my daddy I died nervy."    Ain't nobody dying from riding SL motorcycles but I ask you, are you nervy?

SL is, in part, about a look and an image we want to portray about our virtual and even real selves.  Bikes are image enhancements.  The right bike with the right ass on top of it sends a message.  Take a hard look at you on your favorite bike.  Maybe it is the bike you've ridden for several years.  Yeah, you are used to the bike but does it really fit who you are and how you want people to see you?

Badger Motors builds intensely realistic looking bikes and with each one, we pour a barrel of badass into the build.  Yeah, they have to perform and operate which ours definitely do.  Now, are they going to ride differently than the old Q you've been riding for years?  Probably better, even as you are used to your old bike, they are different. We can help you tune your bike just like you want to ride. Rider settings are easy but the look...  Does that old bike really fit the bad ass which is you?  Is it nervy?

Come check us out.  We have loyal customers and we are loyal to them.  You might just find the bike that fits your name and personality.
